Blackwaretech, based in Quebec, seeks a Business Analyst & Project Manager to bridge clients and our Atoom SaaS platform for construction industry workflows. You will analyze client processes, design tailored configurations, and drive structured implementations to maximize service value.

You will engage with internal teams and clients, ensure client success, and build long‑term relationships that fuel company growth. French and English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS implementation and customer success is required or strongly desired.
• Proven ability to gather and document client requirements and translate to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document client needs and constraints.
• Map current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Align client needs with Atoom SaaS capabilities and create functional specs.
• Identify integration needs with client systems for ecosystem consistency.
• Lead design of adapted solutions and platform configurations with internal teams.
• Prepare and deliver user training for smooth adoption.
• Support go-live activities and post-launch stabilization.
• Assist with post-implementation support and ticket analysis.
