Job summary

Innomar Strategies Inc. is seeking a Reimbursement Specialist to support Canada’s rare diseases programs. You will manage casework, coordinate with patients, healthcare providers and funding bodies, and document activities in program databases.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, strong communication, and knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook. Bilingual French/English is an asset, with remote work options across Canada.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar via a two-year associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
• Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
• Ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects and/or cases.
• Provide telephone support and call-centre program implementation for patients, healthcare professionals and funding bodies.
• Administer case-management protocols including patient follow-ups, adverse event reporting and liaison with healthcare providers.
• Support market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists and other professionals.
• Document activities in program-specific databases.
• Participate in training and provide feedback on protocols and inter-departmental relations.
