Remote Registered Psychologist — Flexible Contract

Job summary

The Newly Institute is seeking licensed psychologists to join as independent contractors for Ontario remote work with flexible 1–4 days per week. You will perform psychological assessments, diagnoses and interventions, and contribute to a treatment plan for clients across a range of mental health concerns. Ideal candidates hold a Ph.D.

in Psychology and are registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. EMDR/ART training is an asset.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is required.
• Experience using evidence-based trauma therapy, specifically EMDR or ART is an asset.
• Experience with individual, group, and family counselling is an asset.
• Equivalencies of experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Complete Psychological Assessment screens.
• Perform advanced clinical services; including psychological assessment, diagnosis and/or intervention.
• Analyze and evaluate patient data and test or examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorder.
• Provide such other services as may be reasonably required by the Company, and as mutually agreed upon
