Job summary

HALEO Preventive Health Solutions Inc. is seeking licensed psychologists and psychotherapists to join our team for remote, contract-based work across Canada.

Flexible hours will tailor to your existing practice, with a busy caseload and compensation aligned with industry standards. Clinicians must be licensed for independent practice in Alberta, Ontario, and other provinces, deliver online CBT-I programs, and manage client records with support from our Operations team.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Canada with independent practice registration.
• Experience with cognitive and behavioural therapies preferred.
• Proven ability to engage clients and manage caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online CBT-I programs (5-6 weeks) via 30-minute weekly sessions.
• All client management, bookings, and invoicing supported by Operations.
• Maintain electronic client records and engage clients with empathy and professionalism.
