Role

We’re seeking an experienced Independent Contractor (part-time, with potential to grow to full-time) to join our team. This is an ideal role for a skilled clinician specializing in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) who values flexibility, community, and professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide online, evidence-based psychotherapy for couples and adult individuals.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver meaningful therapy.
• Maintain clear, professional clinical records using the Jane App.
• Participate in case consultations and collegial support opportunities.
• Bring creativity, compassion, and integrity to every client interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Registration in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW.
• 5+ years of clinical experience with couples and/or adult clients.
• Completed EFCT Externship and Core Skills Training (required).
• Passion for working exclusively online with Ontario-based clients.
• Strong clinical judgment, accountability, and independence.
• Private, professional workspace and reliable internet connection.
• Own liability insurance (required).
