About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Project Manager to join their fast-growing SaaS company. This role is critical for delivering complex software projects and product enhancements on time and within scope, managing distributed teams across various time zones. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration, efficient execution, and successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SaaS software projects concurrent.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among remote team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project risks and issues, proactively identifying and implementing mitigation plans.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices in software development.
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , specifically within the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software development projects in a remote setting.
• Strong proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, adapted for a remote work environment.
• Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams, including developers, QAs, and product owners.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
