Qualifications

• 1–3 years of office administration or project coordination experience in construction or restoration.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business or construction admin is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Experience with XactAnalysis; Xactimate knowledge is an asset.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator able to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines.
• Basic accounting and data entry skills with understanding of job costing.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to client service.

Responsibilities

• Review files and ensure timelines and standards stay on track.
• Track progress, manage documentation, and keep digital records organized.
• Prepare invoices and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Communicate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors.
