A leading IT services provider is seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team in Vancouver. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of critical production systems. Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in .NET application support, familiarity with ETL tools like Informatica, and knowledge of AWS cloud services. Qualifications
- 4+ years experience in .NET Production application support.
- 2+ years experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Microsoft SSIS.
- 1+ year experience with AWS cloud services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain assigned production systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data pipeline issues.
- Provide customer-focused support, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

Expertise in .NET
