Mars Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Representative (PRO) to drive growth across Ontario, including Toronto and London, with a remote work style and approximately 50 overnight stays per year.

You will create territory plans, conduct in-person calls, manage partners via Salesforce, and collaborate with Veterinary and PSRO teams to promote Royal Canin and Eukanuba programs while building strong customer relationships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years’ sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Knowledge of pet professional/nutrition industry.
• Experience with Excel, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement territory coverage plans for optimal account coverage.
• Conduct 85% in-person sales calls.
• Use Salesforce to manage partners and customer data.
• Forecast and build territory sales plan/Deliver on annual sales.
• Understanding territory sales data and developing a growth strategy.
• Attend events annually within the territory.
• Educate partners on Royal Canin and Eukanuba diets and programs.
• Recommend Royal Canin and Eukanuba nutritional solutions.
• Present customer programming and feeding guidelines/budget.
• Recruit and source new partner acquisition across working professionals.
• Collaborate with PSRO and Vet Colleagues to drive PRO business.
• Achieve profitable sales growth within territory by understanding customer needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with PRO customers and align them to Mars products.
• Collaborate with team to provide customer insights to regional team.
• Attend events and company meetings as required.
• Complete weekly activity, expenses, and reporting.
