Dentalcorp, North America’s leading and fastest-growing network of dental practices, seeks a Practice Recruitment Specialist to partner with practices and attract, assess, and hire clinical talent across hygienists, assistants, and administrative roles.

The Alberta-based remote role manages the full lifecycle, builds pipelines, and delivers high-quality candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field is asset.
• 3+ years progressive recruitment experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, agency or multi-site high-volume environments.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for an assigned portfolio of practices.
• Build talent pipelines and execute recruitment strategies to support regional hiring priorities.
