Elantis is seeking a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to design, build, and implement robust business apps using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on with strong skills in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid, delivering secure, scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years implementing Dynamics 365 apps across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
• Knowledge of relational data modeling and business processes.
• Experience building end-to-end business solutions from design through deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel solutions.
• Build custom apps using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate processes with Power Automate.
• Extend platform functionality with JavaScript, C#, Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
• Design and manage Dataverse data structures, tables, relationships, and rules.
• Lead or participate in technical design sessions and implementation planning.
• Support integrations with external systems and data migrations.
• Apply ALM best practices to manage solutions across environments.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solution Architectto join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, building, and implementing robust business applications using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with core focus areas in Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel for Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, with strong technical expertise in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid, and experience delivering secure, scalable solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to transform complex requirements into working apps, workflows, and integrated systems.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Finance & Operations, Business Central, SharePoint, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Purview is considered a strong asset.

As a Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Solution Architect/Solution Developer at Elantis, you’ll be responsible for:

• Architecting, configuring, and delivering solutions in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 apps: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Omnichannel.
• Hands-on expertise with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
• Solid understanding of business processes, solution architecture, and relational data modeling.
• Experience building end-to-end business solutions from design through deployment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing, Finance & Operations, or Business Central.
• Hands on experience with SharePoint Online for integration and document management. Migrations from on prem systems to SharePoint online.
• Scripting knowledge using PowerShell for automation and deployment tasks.
• Experience with data migrations and integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Purview for Records Management and Information Protection.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Integration experience using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
