Job summary

Soroc Technology seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solutions Architect to lead enterprise solution design for a large public sector engagement. The role focuses on integrating Dynamics 365 with the Power Platform, ensuring scalable, secure architectures and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities span design, implementation, and governance across the full lifecycle, with emphasis on data flows, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with application architecture, integrations, APIs, data architecture, and security design.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

• Review technical designs and direct development teams.
• Identify risks and architectural issues and propose solutions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide solution architecture and technical leadership for the design, development, integration, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with application architecture, integrations, APIs, data architecture, and security design.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development and solution lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Solutions Architect certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be located in Ontario.
• All resources must pass Contractor Security Screening.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise applications and data governance.
• Familiarity with security models and compliance standards.
