Elantis Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Consultant to design, configure, manage and support Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint, Purview, and Dynamics 365.

The role focuses on delivering modern work solutions for clients and driving value through Microsoft 365 modernization. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, support UAT and deployment, and provide ongoing optimization and reporting to ensure

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and configuring Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong communication and client-facing advisory skills.
• Ability to gather requirements and support UAT and deployment.
• Post-secondary tech education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, manage and support Microsoft 365 applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint, Purview, Dynamics 365).
• Develop ongoing administration, enhancements and optimizations for Microsoft 365 and related data/AI solutions.
• Serve as the main contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, support UAT and deployment.
• Monitor and recommend optimizations to align with best practices.
• Develop and deliver client-facing reports on project status and environment health.
• Document client requests, requirements, solutions, and architecture.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, managing and supporting Microsoft applications such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, SharePoint, Purview, and Dynamics 365.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant at Elantis, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing solutions in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Purview, and Dynamics 365.
• Providing ongoing administration, management, and enhancements to Microsoft 365 applications, particularly related to Microsoft modern work, business applications, and data & AI solutions.
• Serving as the main point of contact for client requests and inquiries.
• Working collaboratively with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, support UAT, and deployment.
• Monitoring and proactively making recommendations to optimize Microsoft solutions in line with best practices.
• Developing and delivering client-facing reports on project status, environment health, SLAs, and recommendations for maintenance/optimization.
• Documenting client requests, requirements, solutions, and architecture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using:
  • Microsoft SharePoint (both on-premise and Online).
  • Microsoft Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages.
  • Microsoft Copilot.
  • Microsoft Purview, Defender, and Intune.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central, Customer Service and/or Finance and Operations.
  • Dataverse and Azure.
  • PowerShell scripts.
  • Databases and APIs.
  • Experience in consulting roles.
• Articulate, excellent communication skills.
• Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
• Proactive and driven.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
• Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
