Job summary
Vancity is seeking an Automation Analyst, Business Insights and Reporting for a 12-month contract. This fully remote, full-time role reports to the Manager, Business Insights & Reporting and focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting automation using the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
You will build Power Apps, automate flows, and configure data models (SharePoint, Dataverse, Forms) while collaborating with stakeholders and the AI Centre of
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience configuring SharePoint lists, Dataverse tables, and Microsoft Forms for workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation solutions using Power Platform.
- Develop applications and workflows to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and AI Centre of Excellence to deliver reliable solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, and maintain automations to ensure performance.
- Document configurations for maintainability and handoff.
- Support continuous improvements with Automation Lead and teams.
