Job summary

Agility PR Solutions is seeking a Product & Customer Marketing Manager to shape the product storytelling for an AI-native, all-in-one PR platform. You will own launches, translate product updates into collateral, and drive customer advocacy through reviews and case studies with named capabilities and metrics.

You will collaborate with product, communications, and design teams to ensure consistency across assets and drive demand generation, including webinars and campaign content.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS product marketing experience translating features into customer value narratives.
• Experience producing enterprise case studies with named capabilities and measurable results.
• Ability to own launches end-to-end, including positioning, content, and internal readiness.

Responsibilities

• Steward Agility's positioning and agentic orchestration narrative across assets.
• Map features to personas and segments; keep mapping current.
• Lead end-to-end launch processes every 60 days with cross-functional collaboration.
• Coordinate G2 reviews and manage enterprise case studies with metrics.
• Drive cross-sell whitespace mapping and contribute to demand generation endeavours.
