Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own our Reporting capabilities and ROI storytelling for mid-market and enterprise customers.

You will guide end-to-end data products—from in-app reporting to AI-powered features—build a clear vision with measurable KPIs, and inspire a team of designers and engineers while partnering with sales to close large deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, ideally at an enterprise-focused company.
• Experience building customer-facing analytics or reporting products.
• Ability to define upstream data requirements while focusing on downstream customer outcomes.
• Experience partnering with sales to move upmarket and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Reporting capabilities, shaping strategy with data, research, and market analysis.
• Evolve reporting products from frontline to enterprise audiences including ops, finance, and EHS.
• Own the ROI narrative within products, aligning with GTM and North Star metrics.
• Execute large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements for sales enablement.
• Partner with sales to close large deals.
• Inspire a team of designers and engineers with a clear vision and measurable KPIs.
