Job summary

adidas Canada is seeking a Platform Operations Manager to connect business and technology teams, optimize eCommerce operations, and shape the future of our digital platforms. You will represent the local market, influence global initiatives, and ensure seamless consumer journeys across platforms.

You will lead enhancement initiatives, monitor performance across key metrics, and collaborate with global teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–4 years in eCommerce/retail/digital business environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role within a high-volume online environment.
• Experience in order management, technical issue resolution, or product management is a plus.
• Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Quantum Metrics, or Grafana.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Define, measure, and optimize KPIs with business and technology teams.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead platform enhancement initiatives with local and global partners.
• Align stakeholders on objectives, timelines and outcomes.
