Job summary

Loblaw Digital, based in Downtown Toronto, seeks a Sr. Manager for SDM eCommerce Fulfillment to own store-based eCommerce fulfillment programs (BOPIS) and related capabilities.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across Store Operations, Finance, Product, Engineering, and more, ensuring reliable end-to-end fulfillment from checkout to reconciliation. The role emphasizes operational leadership, incident management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on Buy Online, Pick Up In Store and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce, omnichannel, retail ops, or related field with ownership of a customer-facing digital/omnichannel program.
• 2+ years supervisory or cross-functional leadership experience without direct authority.
• Strong PM skills; ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with process improvement and root-cause analysis for sustainable gains.
• Experience with production incidents, troubleshooting, and cross-functional resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel nationally; hybrid in-office requirement (4 days/wk).

Responsibilities

• Monitor BOPIS sales, order performance, and fulfillment health to identify issues and opportunities.
• Understand and support end-to-end BOPIS journey from checkout to payment reconciliation.
• Identify root causes of friction and coordinate operational, product, or tech solutions.
• Act as voice of customer and store when contributing to fulfillment roadmap.
• Lead production incidents with cross-functional teams; communicate status and impacts.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer/store experience.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define requirements for new capabilities.
• Lead UAT and release validation for major platform transformations.
