Job summary

CarePartners in Ontario is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) for full-time remote roles serving Owen Sound and surrounding areas. Hours are Monday to Friday during school hours, with flexible scheduling and a focus on community nursing.

The role involves delivering a full nursing scope, providing in-person patient care when required, and participating in a collaborative care team with orientation and ongoing mentorship. Ontario registration is required.

Qualifications

  • RN or RPN degree/diploma required.
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration.
  • Commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services.
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (compression therapy, oncology support, IV therapy, wound care, catheter management).
  • Performing other clinical duties as required

Wages
  • For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) - This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What You Bring
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
