Job summary

CarePartners in Ontario is seeking part-time Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to work in our Kincardine clinic. This role offers flexibility with clinic hours and weekend rotation, supporting patients in home health care services.

You will develop and maintain care plans, provide in-person nursing services, and work with a fully equipped clinic team to deliver high-quality care. Strong English communication and current CNO registration are required.

Qualifications

  • RN or RPN degree or diploma.
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an effective Care Plan for Community Health Services.
  • Provide nursing services to patients in person.
  • Offer a wide range of clinic-based services (e.g., compression therapy, wound care, IV therapy).
  • Perform other clinical duties as required.

We are looking for RNs and RPNs to work in our clinic in Kincardine, ON.

This is a Part-Time position Hours of work are during clinic hours, rotation inclusive of weekends and weekdays.

Wages

  • For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
  • For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role‑specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.
What The Role Involves
  • Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.
  • Working with patients in‑person to provide exceptional nursing services
  • Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)
  • Performing other clinical duties as required
What You Bring
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2 step TB test
  • To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
