Job summary

CarePartners in Ontario is seeking RN or RPN to join our clinic in Listowel and surrounding areas. This part-time role offers hours during school days, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling and meaningful patient care.

You will develop and maintain care plans, provide in-person nursing services, and work within our fully equipped clinic. Must hold CNO registration and an RN/RPN credential, with strong communication and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or registered practical nurse with current registration.
• Ability to work within nursing scope and maintain patient care standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Care Plans for Community Health Services.
• Provide in-person nursing services to patients in Listowel and area.
• Deliver a wide spectrum of clinic-based nursing services and duties.
• Perform other clinical duties as required.

Wages

• For Registered Nurses (RN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RN hourly range is $32.08 to $47.38, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.


• For Registered Practical Nurses (RPN)- This position offers a competitive compensation grid, with progression based on hours worked and role-specific criteria. The RPN hourly range is $27.17 to $33.37, and placement within the grid will be determined in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as the candidate’s knowledge, skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

What The Role Involves

• Developing and maintaining an effective Care Plan with respect to Community Health Services, independently or in cooperation with the Ontario Health atHome.


• Working with patients in-person to provide exceptional nursing services


• Providing a wide spectrum of services within our fully equipped nursing clinic (i.e. compression therapy, oncology support, hydration management, IV therapy ostomy and wound care, catheter management , etc.)


• Performing other clinical duties as required

What You Bring

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma


• Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing


• A strong desire and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our patients


• Exceptional interpersonal skills


• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills


• CPR Certification


• Current immunization record including 2 step TB test


• To protect our patients, we require a current vulnerable sector check and a clear background check
