Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a senior project manager to lead high-visibility marketing programs for pharmaceutical clients, working remotely from Canada. You will report to the account leader and guide cross-functional teams through all phases of project development and delivery, ensuring strategic alignment and quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant client or agency marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client budgets (timely estimates and compliance).
• Assist in financial control of account, including utilization and profitability; partner with account biller for monthly invoicing and AR follow-ups.
• Lead the team in all aspects of project development; ensure delivery of work consistent with brand positioning and standards; on time and on budget.
• Support a cohesive team focused on client products and services; manage team communications.
