Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Global Project Manager for Immunology, Metabolic, and Oncology. This sponsor-dedicated role provides strategic global oversight of Phase II/III trials and leads the Clinical Delivery Team.

The position is home-based in Canada with extensive cross-functional collaboration across statistics, data management, medical writing, site monitoring, quality and regulatory. You will drive timelines, budgets, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven global leadership across Phase II & III trials.
• Therapeutic area experience in Immunology, Metabolic, or Oncology.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence and guide diverse teams globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead global planning activities and feasibility assessments with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate country allocation and site strategies with operational insight.
• Develop engagement, recruitment, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee global vendors, central labs, and external partners.
• Ensure trial compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership across global clinical delivery and trial closeout.
