Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on borrowing strategies and products that meet their objectives.
• Handle customer contacts and provide credit and lending-related sales and service.
• Escalate complex cases to managers as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal banking and lending products and processes.
