Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the branch, guiding them to appropriate banking solutions.
• Identify customer needs and advise on personal banking and credit products.
• Collaborate with branch partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking.
• Process applications and support risk/compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to branch performance and customer experience.
• Deliver exceptional service across channels and promote convenient digital options.
