Job summary

Toromont Cat is seeking a Parts Supervisor to manage all central warehouse functions daily, ensuring a clean, safe and secure parts warehouse in a high‑volume dealer environment. You will plan staffing, monitor stock flows, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

This full‑time role offers a base salary from CAD 59,025 to CAD 73,782.50 plus a total rewards package and potential performance bonuses, with a note that the position rotates to a remote site to support fleet operations.

Qualifications

• College Diploma in Business and 5–7 years’ experience with minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented in fast-paced environment.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety best practices.
• Knowledge of Transportation and Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control day-to-day operations, incoming/outgoing stock, and annual inventory counts.
• Inspect lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles for maintenance.
• Plan for/capital expenditure business cases.
• Plan, hire and assign resources to meet parts department demands.
• Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolve issues.
• Assist in day-to-day operations (picking, packing, shipping, receiving).

The Parts Supervisor will effectively manage all central warehouse functions on a daily basis to operate a clean, efficient, safe and secure parts warehouse.

Pay Type

Full Time, Permanent

Compensation

$59.025.00 to $73,782.50

The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

Note: This position will be rotational as it is working at a remote site.

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Monitors and control day-to-day operations, incoming and outgoing stock order process and annual inventory counts
• Conduct regular inspections for all lift trucks and parts delivery vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained
• Plan for and/or build business case for capital expenditures
• Plan, hire and assign resources to meet demands of the parts department
• Address concerns of internal and external customers and resolves problems effectively
• Assist in day-to-day operations when necessary (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

Must-haves for this role:

• College Diploma in Business combined with 5 – 7 years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ supervisor experience
• Strong inventory management skills
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
