Job summary

1Password is seeking a Partner Alliance Analyst to support alliance-driven sales motions, reporting, and operational execution across AWS alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell programs. You will collaborate with Alliances, Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and drive GTM decisions.

The role is remote within Canada and the US, with in-person onboarding in Toronto. Strong analytical skills and Salesforce CRM reporting are required, plus knowledge of revenue

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in an analyst/operations/go-to-market role.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and performance insights.
• Experience with Salesforce and CRM reporting.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and partner-led models.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and Operations.
• Strong attention to detail identifying data issues and process gaps.
• Preferred: AWS co-sell programs and Looker experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage AWS offers, renewals, amendments, and related transactions to support alliance opportunities.
• Manage incoming AWS opportunities from creation through closure, coordinating with internal sellers and AWS counterparts.
• Research target accounts and support account mapping, segmentation, and sizing to inform outreach and enterprise deal planning.
• Build and maintain dashboards and monthly reporting on Marketplace activity, co-sell pipeline, partner engagement, utilization, and ARR contribution.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure alliance, Marketplace, and co-sell activity is reflected in Salesforce and reporting tools.
• Track partner and field engagement, support partner events and campaigns, and measure impact of activations on sales and pipeline.
• Document and improve repeatable alliance processes, including opportunities to automate Marketplace transactions and AWS-related workflows.
