Qualifications

• You should be comfortable with email and attentive to differences between requests and approved instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned order notes under a supplied checklist.
• Identify instructions that need customer or fulfillment clarification.
• Ask a concise question using approved language.
• Record a customer reply with the correct order and item.
• Refer requests outside standard packing options.
• Keep the packing team informed of confirmed instructions.
• Mark unresolved notes as pending, not completed.
