Job summary

Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Nursing Supervisor, Patient Programs in Canada to oversee nurse case managers and support staff, ensuring exceptional patient service and adherence to performance objectives.

You will supervise workflows, coordinate workforce resources, and ensure program quality while maintaining compliance with PSP service offerings and organizational procedures.

Qualifications

• University Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license in good standing with their provincial college.
• Minimum 1–3 years supervisory or management experience; pharma/healthcare contact center is a plus.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement contact center strategies to meet patient program objectives.
• Lead and coach team to achieve Quality and KPI targets.
• Monitor calls and provide feedback on soft skills and technical content.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure program execution and performance.
• Participate in client meetings and day-to-day client communications.
