Sentrex Health Solutions Inc. is seeking a Program Manager reporting to the Associate Director of Patient Programs to lead the management, planning, and implementation of patient support programs.

The role combines project management, analytics, client management, case management, and people skills to deliver outstanding and innovative services. A collaborative, results-driven candidate will coordinate reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management while guiding the team through

Qualifications

• University degree in applicable field
• Broad knowledge and training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or similar vocations
• Experience in Oncology therapeutic area considered an asset
• 1-3 years in Program Management
• Minimum of 2 years in People Management
• Knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, and related processes

Responsibilities

• Design and implement programs per sponsor strategy
• Ensure client needs are met and program performance is tracked
• Oversee reimbursement, patient coordination, and medication management
• Lead reporting design and delivery across analytics teams
• Coordinate client communications and meetings
• Manage project setup, data collection tools, and CAPA activities
• Supervise staff, monitor training, and adjust staffing as needed
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and program manuals
