Job summary

OKTO Solutions in Quebec is seeking a Sales Representative to grow SMB accounts in Trois-Rivières and across Quebec. You’ll translate business value of cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 and cloud, without needing to be a technician.

The role emphasizes front-end prospecting, qualifying opportunities and closing managed IT services sales for a bilingual client base. The role offers remote-friendly arrangements, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic collaborative culture in a mostly remote work

Qualifications

B2B sales experience, ideally in an MSP environment.
Solid understanding of managed and co-managed IT services.
Knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, networking and telecom environments.
Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect new clients (calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals)
Identify and qualify sales opportunities
Present managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity and networking services
Understand clients' basic needs in order to propose the right offer
Prepare and present simple, effective business proposals
Negotiate terms and close sales
Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
Document sales opportunities and activities in the CRM
Collaborate with the technical team to validate the feasibility of the solutions sold
