Job summary

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in Montreal is seeking a Mortgage Solutions Advisor who will manage inbound and outbound mortgage inquiries, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with partners to meet sales targets while ensuring service quality.

You’ll work flexibly with an Agent@Home remote program, with on-site requirements occasional; bilingual French/English support for local clients; competitive base salary plus GPS incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential mortgage business with market knowledge.
• Understanding of mortgage products, pricing, and processes.
• Fluency in French and English is a strong asset for client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound mortgage sales inquiries to grow client portfolios.
• Fulfill mortgage leads for purchase, refinance, ports and renewal negotiations.
• Build relationships with clients and business partners to drive satisfaction.
• Remain updated on product knowledge, policies and competition.
• Collaborate with underwriters and partners to approve and fund mortgages.
• Achieve sales targets across the business plan.
