Job summary

Scotiabank in Montreal, QC is seeking a Client Solutions Advisor to onboard customers who purchased mortgages through the indirect salesforce and deepen relationships by offering banking solutions. You will meet customers where and when it suits them, both in person and virtually, while maintaining strong sales performance.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proven sales mindset, and the ability to manage flexible hours including weekends.

• Schedule and meet customers in person or virtually to provide tailored financial solutions.

As a Client Solutions Advisors, you will be responsible for onboarding customers that have purchased a mortgage through our indirect mortgage salesforce. Your role will be to deepen customer relationships through the sale of banking solutions.

In addition to French, the successful candidate must also have sufficient knowledge of English, as the work involves interacting and collaborating regularly with groups and individuals based in Toronto, as well as constantly interacting with other people, including clients, who speak English, locally and elsewhere.
