Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred, not required.
• Knowledge of personal lending and home financing products.
• Knowledge of contact centre processes and policies.
• Knowledge of call centre technology, processes and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide mortgage renewal and financing advice to customers.
• Drive the sales process for inbound/outbound mortgage inquiries.
• Negotiate home financing pricing with customers.
• Handle customer contacts professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to meet targets.
