State Alliance Mortgages Inc. in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Licensed Mortgage Associate to join our team on a hybrid basis. You will help clients select mortgage products, prepare and submit applications, and negotiate loan terms with lenders.

Your role requires knowledge of mortgage products, strong communication and analytical skills, and RECA licensing. You will build relationships with clients and top lenders while leveraging marketing and training support from the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage origination, financial analysis, or loan processing.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending guidelines.
• Licensed Mortgage Associate with RECA.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with mortgage and financial software.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
