About the Role

Operating exclusively from a remote setting, you will offer emotional support, guidance, and resource navigation to clients via phone, video calls, and online platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of mental health support principles, exceptional empathy, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote, non-clinical emotional support and active listening to clients experiencing mental health difficulties.

Requirements
