Job summary

Skillhub Solutions Inc. is seeking a Lead TFA to plan, organize, integrate, and monitor site resources for power-generating facilities.

You will apply technical expertise to resolve issues, manage site activities, and provide guidance on installation, calibration, and maintenance. The role requires a technical or university degree with extensive field services experience, Level III training, and the ability to interpret complex diagrams.

Qualifications

  • Technical or university degree or equivalent with field service experience.
  • At least seven years of field services or power-generation equipment maintenance.
  • Completion of required Level III training programs.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams, dial and laser alignment, and thermal growth equipment.
  • English proficiency required.

  • Manage and coordinate site activities including installation, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, and upgrades.
  • Respond to emergency repair and service requests and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Provide technical instruction to customer representatives on installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance.
  • Prepare technical, customer, and job-status reports; order materials; secure quotations; and complete time and expense records.
  • Review and sign off on changes, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure parts are shipped to site.
  • Conduct installation walk-downs and coach, mentor, and train team members.
  • Travel extensively to project sites and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required.

The role applies technical expertise to complex issues and resolves them through immediate action or short-term planning.

  • Respond to emergency repair and service requests and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Provide technical instruction to customer representatives on installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance.

  • Review and sign off on implemented changes, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure required parts are shipped to the site.
  • Conduct installation walk-downs and coach, mentor, and train team members.
  • Travel extensively to project sites and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments.
Qualifications
  • Technical or university degree, qualifying experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least four years of field services experience.
  • At least seven years of experience in field services or power-generation equipment maintenance.
  • Successful completion of required Level III training programs.
  • Technical competence in interpreting electrical and mechanical flow and instrument diagrams, dial and laser alignment, and thermal growth equipment.
  • English proficiency required.
