Job summary

Bilinguallink is seeking a Manual QA specialist to join our Montreal team. You will lead testing efforts for frontend and CMS-based websites, create test plans, and document procedures to ensure accessible, high-quality digital experiences for clients across sectors.

You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers in a fast-paced, hybrid-work environment. Strong English communication and 4+ years in web QA are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working in a web QA role, with a focus on frontend, UI/UX and website testing.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and methodical attention to detail.
• Experience testing content management.
• Experience in testing CMS-based websites.
• Experience using testing tools for browser and device compliance.
• Understanding of usability best practices.
• Conducting manual and automated accessibility audits.
• Experience working with a team and using a standardized development workflow.
• Experience using a project management tool like Redmine or JIRA.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment.

In your role as Manual QA, you will be expected to
