Nurun is seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient QA Analyst to strengthen our quality assurance efforts, with a specialized focus on omnichannel marketing campaigns in Braze. This role involves verifying messaging content (emails, push, in‑app, content cards, and landing pages), campaign configurations (audience segmentations, canvas entry rules, decisioning logic), and more.
As a champion for quality, you will guide QA practices and procedures, manage the full QA lifecycle, and drive the success of our marketing initiatives by ensuring a flawless user experience across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities

- Conduct email rendering and device testing across clients and breakpoints using Litmus, as well as on physical Android and iOS devices, to ensure consistent display and behavior.
- Inspect and validate campaign configurations in Braze, including audience segmentations, Canvas entry criteria and settings, and the logic and accuracy of individual Canvas flow steps.
- Document all defects clearly and consistently in the designated bug tracking tool, including reproduction steps, severity, and supporting evidence such as screenshots.
- Retest and verify fixes once resolved, confirming issues are fully addressed before campaigns or assets are approved for launch.
- Partner closely with the Braze Campaign Manager, Email Developer, and Project Managers to communicate findings, align on priorities, and ensure work is delivered on time and to a very high standard.
- Help maintain and improve QA processes, checklists, and documentation to support consistency and scale across the team.

- Experience working with Braze or an equivalent omnichannel marketing platform, including an understanding of user attributes, events, segmentations, journeys/canvases, and content verification across devices and email clients.
- Develop and execute detailed test strategies for all aspects of campaigns, including audiences, journeys/canvases, and messaging.
- Ensure all marketing campaigns are tested across various platforms and devices for compatibility and user experience.
- Implement testing methodologies to identify, document, and resolve issues before they impact the user experience.
- Identify, record, document, and thoroughly track bugs.
- Email testing with Litmus is required.
- Testing for AODA/Accessibility compliance is required.
- Experience with API testing and data verification is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience with JIRA or similar bug tracking tools, and familiarity with email testing tools such as Litmus.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities on the client account, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on QA standards and expectations.

- Advanced knowledge of testing strategies and tools tailored for digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and manage testing activities across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements, participate in design reviews, and provide QA feedback.
