Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in Sales, Retention, Digital Sales, or Call Centre Ops.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive improvements, and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with digital sales, engagement tech, data analytics, CRM, and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ongoing development of the Sales Chat team.
• Drive online sales growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition via digital channels.
• Coach and support agents through performance management and training.
• Monitor KPIs and report on sales, quality, productivity and CSAT.
• Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
• Oversee knowledge base, canned responses, and content alignment with policies.
• Advance chatbot and AI-enabled solutions to boost engagement and efficiency.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance objectives.
