Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Retail Loss Prevention/Asset Protection including POS and Inventory data.
• Strong understanding of retail and restaurant operations in customer service or loss prevention.
• Ability to detect patterns in data and numbers.
• Excellent English communication (written, read, spoken).
• Well-organized, documentation-focused, process-driven.
• Ability to work within given timelines.
• Proactive and customer-focused problem solver.
• Collaborative and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews, audits, and investigations using video and data.
• Identify loss prevention, risk, safety, and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Translate findings into actionable customer insights.
• Own problems from identification to resolution.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and collaborate with Success teams.
• Document findings clearly and maintain organized records.
• Deliver results to end customers and ensure compliance.
• Work with North America’s major brands to ensure corporate compliance.
