Job summary

London Drugs is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Officer to protect people and property across our retail locations. You will work within a team to identify loss, conduct surveillance, and document findings for court testimony when required.

We value strong English communication, integrity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Availability to work a flexible schedule Monday through Sunday is expected, with extensive in-house training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to stay calm and exercise good judgment in emergencies.
• Commitment to protecting people and property in a legal, safe manner.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling information.
• Excellent written English for report writing and testimony.
• Willingness to work across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Shifts at store locations conducting surveillance and loss prevention system maintenance.
• Identify loss areas and contribute to shrink reduction plans.
• Detect and apprehend persons committing offences against the company.
• Secure evidence and prepare reports for court testimony.
• Assist with special assignments including staff awareness and orientation.
• Maintain overall security of locations.
