Job summary

Twilio Canada is seeking a Senior Security Risk Analyst to join the One Twilio Risk Management program and mature our security risk posture. You will drive risk identification, assessment, treatment, and reporting while partnering with Product and Engineering teams to ensure controls are effective and compliant with industry standards (NIST RMF, COSO, ISO 31000).

In a remote-first environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare executive risk dashboards, and support audits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Risk Management experience with security-centric frameworks.
• Experience maturing risk frameworks (NIST RMF, COSO ERM, ISO 31000).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to set strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve daily operations of the One Twilio Risk Management program.
• Manage and maintain risk registers and KRIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate risks clearly.
• Review and assess risk treatment effectiveness and propose solutions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyze risk data to identify trends and build predictive models.
• Use data analytics and risk modeling tools for impact assessment.
• Coordinate audits and resolve risk-related findings.
