Qualifications

• Licensed life insurance professional with a valid license in a Canadian province where operations occur, excluding PEI and Quebec.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Telephone-based sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
