Job summary

Docker, Inc. is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of Docker's lean Legal team, including contract operations, outside counsel spend, and legal technology administration.

You will work with Ironclad, Brightflag, Salesforce, and Zip within the AI‑assisted workflows, reporting to the VP and Head of Legal. You will collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Product, and Engineering, and help build standard operating procedures, templates, and dashboards while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, a paralegal role, or a related operational role, at a SaaS or technology company.
• Hands‑on experience using a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform (Ironclad/Icertis/Agiloft/DocuSign CLM).
• Experience supporting contract intake, review coordination, or signature processes.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI tools to legal/operational tasks, including drafting prompts and reviewing outputs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing requests.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate in a remote team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract intake, routing, approvals, and signature coordination.
• Review contracts using playbooks and AI tools and flag nonstandard terms for attorney review.
• Support outside counsel billing operations including invoice review and accrual tracking.
• Support administration of legal technology platforms and data quality.
• Use and improve AI‑assisted workflows for contract review, drafting, and intake.
• Support pilots of new AI tools and gather user feedback.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, and training materials.
• Build dashboards tracking contract volume, cycle times, and outside counsel spend.
• Support systems integration and process improvement with cross‑functional teams.
