Dropbox Remote - Canada is seeking a highly organized Legal Operations Associate to support the legal function’s operational infrastructure. You will optimize multiple systems, partner with internal teams, and drive efficiency across the organization.
Ideal candidates bring strong legal operations experience, proficiency with JSM, Confluence, Ironclad and Spellbook, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. This role offers visibility and impact in shaping Dropbox’s legal operations.
Competenze
- 3+ years in legal operations or related roles.
- Experience with legal tech systems and process optimization.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- BA/BS from a top university.
Mansioni
- Design and lead legal team workflows to improve efficiency.
- Implement and manage legal technology tools.
- Drive KPIs, reporting, and dashboards.
- Roll out Legal’s front door in Jira Service Management.
- Oversee outside counsel and vendor engagements.
- Manage legal team's tech stack with IT.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Compliance.
- Maintain centralized repositories of contracts and knowledge.
- Contribute to training and change adoption.
- Identify opportunities for automation.
