Tenstorrent is seeking a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to build the engine behind our cutting-edge AI technology. You will own tools, workflows and data to let a lean legal team operate like a larger one, enabling attorneys to focus on high-impact judgments.

This builder role shapes how Legal works as we scale, modernizing the tech stack, managing the contract engine, and driving KPI-based improvements across a global organization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in legal operations and contract management.
• Experience moving teams onto legal tools and workflow platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled legal tools and semiconductor background.

• Modernize the legal tech stack: lead selection, migration and improvement of CLM, workflow and AI-enabled tools.
• Run the contract engine with end-to-end process oversight, renewals, expirations and milestones.

• Tenstorrent is leading the industry on cutting-edge AI technology, and our Legal team supports that work at every turn: commercial deals, global partnerships, financings and IP
• We are looking for a Senior Manager, Legal Operations to build the engine behind it
• You will own the tools, workflows and data that let a lean legal team operate like a much larger one, so our attorneys can focus on the judgment calls that matter most
• This is a builder’s role with real room to shape how Legal works as we grow
• Modernize Our Legal Tech Stack: Lead the selection, migration and ongoing improvement of CLM, workflow and AI-enabled tools, automating manual tasks to speed up turnaround times. (ie. ContractPodAI/Leah, Claude, Gemini, Glean)
• Run the Contract Engine: Drive process review and administration of commercial agreements, with full visibility into renewals, expirations and key milestones
• Measure What Matters: Develop and track KPIs for legal efficiency, and refine Legal’s processes as the team scales
• NDA’s: Ability to negotiate, redline, and close NDA’s
• Be Diligence Ready: Own our document repository and pull together materials for litigation, M&A (M&A) and investor requests on short notice
