Operations Associate (Legal & Compliance)

This role runs the day to day legal operations for a small team, from keeping company entities in good standing in the US and Canada to investigating customer escalations and leading compliance audits. A strong candidate is a careful, self-directed finisher who tracks every deadline, gets filings right the first time, and can take a loosely defined problem and run with it. Some legal research and contract review is part of the mix, alongside building automations to replace manual work.
