VOSKER is a North American leader in remote area surveillance. As a trusted partner to internal stakeholders, you will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and other legal documents, particularly in sales, marketing, distribution, and procurement.

You will support internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, etc.) with pragmatic legal advice tailored to business realities; conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-structured

Qualifikationen

• Member of the Quebec Bar.
• 3–5 years in commercial law and contract negotiation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse contracts (sales, marketing, distribution, services).
• Strong knowledge of personal data protection in digital/marketing contexts.

Aufgaben

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents for sales, marketing, distribution, and procurement.
• Support internal teams with pragmatic legal advice tailored to business realities.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide structured opinions on contractual and regulatory issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection requirements in marketing, consent management, and international initiatives.
• Assist growth projects (new markets, partners, channels) with legal support across functions.
