Job summary

Alma Lasers Canada, Inc. seeks a Field Service Technician to travel to customer sites across Canada and perform repairs on Alma Lasers equipment, with preventive maintenance as scheduled.

This remote, field-based role requires 75-90% travel within Ontario and Eastern Canada, occasional depot work in Mississauga, and providing Level 2 technical support to customers via phone and remote tools.

Qualifications

• College diploma in electrical or electronic repair.
• 4+ years of Field Service experience.
• Experience with component level repair preferred.
• Knowledgeable of ISO 13485 certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel Canada.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot laser systems and medical devices.
• Perform repairs and component replacements to manufacturer specs.
• Interpret electrical schematics to execute repairs.
• Conduct functional and safety testing after repairs.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Provide Level 2 technical support via phone/email.
